A Pavilion Prize* award ceremony, organized by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), was held at Expo 2020 Dubai on March 30, 2022. At the ceremony, Japan Pavilion, for which Dentsu Live handled all aspects of production, was awarded the “Gold Award” in the Exhibition Design category for large pavilions.
This is the second consecutive “Gold Award” for Japan Pavilion, following the win at Expo 2015 Milan, the previous registered expo (a large international expo held every five years).

A Pavilion Prize is an award program for exhibitions co-organized by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) that recognizes countries’ efforts by presenting gold, silver, and bronze awards to the most outstanding pavilions by exhibition scale and category (i.e., Exhibition Design, Theme Interpretation, Architecture).
